Content Creation and Podcast Training for Journalists

Sancharika Samuha Nepal (SASN) invites journalists residing in Kathmandu Valley to express their interest in participating in an upcoming Content Creation and Podcast Training. The training aims to strengthen journalists’ skills in digital storytelling, content development, podcast production, audience engagement, and emerging media practices.

This training is designed for media professionals who are interested in exploring innovative ways to tell impactful stories and reach wider audiences through digital platforms and podcasting. Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their practical skills, develop content ideas, and learn from experienced media practitioners.

To help us tailor the training to participants’ needs and interests, we request interested journalists to complete the online application form. The information provided will be used for participant selection and training design purposes.

Eligibility

Journalists currently working in print, radio, television, online, or multimedia platforms.

Must be working in Kathmandu Valley.

Freelance journalists with demonstrated engagement in journalism and media production.

Applicants should have a strong interest in content creation, storytelling, and podcasting.

Required Documents

Media/Press ID card issued by your current media organization; or

For freelance journalists, a document verifying your freelance journalism status (such as a press pass, assignment letter, membership card, or portfolio of published work).
